Ingredients: 

Maçã Riscadinha de Palmela, Açúcar e Moscatel Roxo (Adega Camolas).

Preparado com 72g de maçã e 7g de moscatel roxo por cada 100g.

Suggested use:

Base – 200g Bolacha digestiva, 100g manteiga amolecida.

Centre – 500g Queijo quark, 200ml leite, 2 colheres (sopa) sumo de limão, ½ chávena. Manteiga amolecida, ½ chávena de açúcar ou mel, 1 colher (sopa) maizena e raspa de limão.

Cobertura – Doce de Maçã Riscadinha de Palmela com Moscatel Roxo.

Alquimia dos Sabores is a family business that was born out of the tradition of using surplus fruit to make sweets for our own consumption and to give to family and friends.

In 2003, the family moved to the Palmela region, where agriculture was still very strong, dedicating themselves to growing and raising everything they needed for food, never losing the tradition of producing sweets to make the most of the fruit that wasn't consumed.
Everything changed in a year of high courgette production in which we embraced the challenge of also making use of the excess vegetables, transforming them into delicious sweets that became their big bet to enter the market.

Combining the experience and artisanal methods of the elders with the chemistry knowledge of the youngsters, new combinations of textures and flavours were born, which finally led to the birth in 2011 of the Alquimia dos Sabores brand, totally dedicated to the production of jams and jellies using different raw materials such as flowers and aromatic herbs, as well as creating unlikely combinations of fruit and vegetables.

The Alquimia dos Sabores project is thus the result of a special relationship with nature and their motivation to always produce "products with love" is due to the fact that this project mirrors the lifestyle of this Portuguese family and their traditions.
