Vinificação do Vinho Casa Burmester Touriga Nacional: Vindima manual. Vinificação com desengace total e esmagamento. Maceração pré-fermentativa a 6ºC durante três dias, seguida de fermentação alcoólica a 25ºC em cubas de inox e maceração pós-fermentativa durante 10 dias.

Estagiou durante 12 meses em barricas novas de carvalho francês de 225 litros.
