Esmagamento com desengace total, prensagem pneumática suave, clarificação estática natural e fermentação alcoólica a 18ºC

Estágio mínimo de 2 meses em garrafa

Aromas
Predominante em frutos cítricos, frutos tropicais e frutos exóticos

Flavour
Frutado, fresco, harmonioso e persistente

Gastronomy
Como aperitivo, iguarias não muito condimentadas à base de peixes e carnes brancas. Consumir a 8ºC
