Ribeiro Santo Tinto 2022 | 75 cl

Vinificação do Vinho Ribeiro Santo Tinto as uvas foram totalmente desengaçadas para pequenos depósitos inox, onde maceraram 24h a baixa temperatura, antes de iniciar a fermentação alcoólica. A fermentação durou cerca de 15 dias com temperatura controlada e remontagens suaves para uma boa extração de cor e aromas. Após a fermentação, foi trasfegado para um depósito inox, onde decantou naturalmente até à altura do engarrafamento.
