Uma adega, uma loja de vinhos, um restaurante e um amplo espaço multiusos, distribuídos por três pisos, compõem a Quinta do Encontro, situada em pleno coração da Bairrada, em São Lourenço do Bairro, onde a tradição na produção de vinhos remonta a 1930. Inaugurada em 2007, a Quinta do Encontro, adega com a assinatura do arquiteto Pedro Mateus, está implantada na paisagem vitícola, em plena harmonia com a natureza, e é fruto de uma visão diferente e inovadora de fazer e comunicar os vinhos da Região da Bairrada. Inserida numa paisagem serena, dominada pelas vinhas, e tendo como fundo as Serras do Caramulo e do Buçaco, a Quinta do Encontro convida quem a visita a estabelecer um contacto direto com a produção vitivinícola, da vinha à prova, e a degustar os néctares produzidos por esta adega, vinhos brancos, tintos e espumantes contemporâneos e urbanos.
