Haja sossego, que se vai abrir um segredo alentejano. Haja calma, tempo e quietude para apreciar à mesa o corpo e a alma da Vidigueira. Haja Sossego Alentejano para criar espaço na agitação do dia-a-dia e sentir a singularidade das planícies onduladas da Herdade do Peso, esse lugar único onde nasce este vinho. As uvas foram vindimadas cedo, garantindo acidez natural e frescura. O mosto foi obtido por prensagem directa, seguido de uma cuidada decantação e fermentou a 16ºC durante 18 dias.

Após fermentação, realizou-se uma colagem, seguida de estabilização pelo frio e filtração antes do engarrafamento.
