Vinho de cor amarelo brilhante, frutado, a lembrar citrinos e frutos tropicais. Boa estrutura e boa acidez que lhe dá frescura e longevidade. Final de boca a lembrar o fruto, fresco e agradável.
Vinha situada em Fernando Pó, zona privilegiada do concelho de Palmela num solo arenoso e clima mediterrânico. Ligeira fermentação em cubas de inox com temperatura controlada a 16- 18º C. Segunda fermentação realizada em garrafa segundo o método champanhes, seguida de um estágio mínimo de 9 meses em garrafa.
Aconselha-se guardar durante 5 anos. Ideal como aperitivo ou a acompanhar carnes gordas.
