Monterosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from 20 hectares of olive groves in Moncarapacho.
The olives are picked by hand and transported immediately to the mill. There, they are ground with granite millstones in a mechanical process that dates back to Roman times.
The oil is extracted, filtered, stored in stainless steel vats and bottled using the latest technology.
The result is an oil of the highest quality: Monterosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
