Olive oil from a century-old olive grove The olive grove planted in 1887 by Mrs Antónia Adelaide Ferreira gave rise to this top quality olive oil.
The Quinta's remarkable microclimate makes it unnecessary to use any chemical products, making it possible to obtain an olive oil that is certified organic.
The 33 hectares of 140-year-old olive groves are cultivated organically.
It comes from the Verdeal, Cordovil, Cobrançosa and Negrinha do Freixo varieties and is produced using the cold extraction method.
With an acidity of less than 0.3%, it is classified as extra virgin.

| Conservation conditions | To preserve olive oil better, it should be stored in glass containers, preferably dark ones, or in stainless steel containers. It should be kept in a cool, unlit place (light catalyses the oxidation of olive oil) and away from products with strong odours to prevent it from absorbing them. When consuming the product, check its acidity and the expiry date. |
| More info | The year shown in the image may not correspond to the year the oil was harvested, and may vary depending on the stock supplied by the producer and changes in the new image shop. |
