In addition to its reputation for producing Alentejo wines using traditional grape varieties from the Borba region, Adega de Borba has a long tradition of producing brandies.
Pomace is the product resulting from the pressing of wine masses from the production of wines, which are distilled in our own distillation vessels in strict compliance with distillation temperatures and times, thus guaranteeing the separation of the different alcohols and the genuineness and quality of our brandies.
