O Vinho Batuta Tinto  é um vinho fruto de duas vinhas velhas com diferentes altitudes e exposições. Após uma escolha criteriosa na vinha segue-se outra seleção na mesa de escolha da nossa adega seguida de uma vinificação bastante delicada com macerações levadas ao limite, onde todos os detalhes são tidos em conta para que se obtenha um vinho complexo, preciso e elegante.

Carnes e peixes como o tamboril, lulas ou polvo assado

Flavour

Fino e elegante na boca, com muito boa acidez que suporta a estrutura tânica. Apesar de jovem, impressiona pela precisão e profundidade. Final de boca muito fino, longo e sedutor

Flavour

Aroma muito austero, complexo e generoso nas notas de frutas do bosque. Ligeiramente floral e de carácter mineral muito bem definido com as notas de madeira são elegantes e discretas
