3B (Baga - 70% and Bical - 30%, from an Atlantic region beginning with B... Bairrada) was born out of the desire to create an aromatic, refreshing, honest and elegant Traditional Method based on indigenous grapes from vineyards that respect the region's cultivation tradition. As it doesn't agree with the name sparkling wine, it is called Traditional Method. Waiting for the country to decide on its own designation, as is the case in Spain with Cava and in Italy with Franciacorta, etc?<\/div>\n
