Beyra Riesling White 2023 | 75 cl

Winemaking of Beyra Riesling White Wine Manual harvesting with crushing of the whole bunch in order to preserve all the primary potential of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of between 16 and 17ºC for a period of around 20 days with indigenous yeasts.

Ageing on the lees - "batonnage" until bottling, followed by bottle ageing for 14 months in the cellar.
