Vinificação do Vinho Quinta Vale Dona Maria Superior Tinto na Quinta Vale Do Sabor, em aço inox durante 7 a 12 dias a temperaturas controladas entre os 22ºC e os 27ºC.

Estágio: em barricas de carvalho francês de 2º e 3º ano, durante 6 meses. Estágio em cubas de aço inox nos restantes 13 meses.

Flavour

Na boca o vinho é aveludado, mantendo a força e concentração típica dos vinhos desta sub-região. O vinho ganha volume e os aromas a frutas enchem-nos o palato. O final é longo, terminando ainda de forma fresca.
