Fermentado em cubas de aço inoxidável durante 10 dias onde depois é feita a fermentação maloláctica.

Estágio: 100% deste vinho é envelhecido em madeira durante 10 meses, em 35% madeira nova.

O resultado final é de excelente qualidade. Os vinhos são equilibrados e frescos, muito aromáticos e expressivos.
